1. When are the items delivered?

Orders from this website to all areas of the UK, with the exception of Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, are dispatched by next working day courier service. Next working day does not include Saturdays or Sundays and Bank Holidays. We are not liable and will accept no responsibility, consequential or otherwise, for late deliveries which are caused by our couriers or agents.

2. Order cancellations and charges?

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you legally have 7 days to cancel an item or return it for credit.
